What we process for you.

The organization record — name, plan, billing entity, owner contact, branding settings — is processed to operate the account. It is visible only to users you invite into the organization with the appropriate role.

Each location has its own record with operating hours, service periods, address, timezone and active settings. Multi-location operators can scope user access by location so unit-level managers see only the units they run.

Operational records produced and stored on your behalf:

• Sales (daily, hourly, item) — used for forecasting and reporting.
• Menu items, recipes and ingredient costs — used for plate cost and margin analysis.
• Inventory counts and supplier prices — used for the inventory radar and re-cost flow.
• Labor shifts and schedules — used for SPLH guidance and labor recommendations.
• Waste logs — used for pattern detection and prep plan adjustments.
• Generated outputs (forecasts, prep plans, briefs, recommendations).

CSV files you upload through the import flow are stored against your organization, scoped to the importing location, and surfaced in an import history. You can delete an import at any time, which removes the source file and the rows it created.

Where you choose to connect a third-party system (POS, payroll, inventory, accounting), Before Service processes the tokens needed to read the data you authorise. Tokens are stored in our managed backend and rotated on a schedule.

Each integration page in settings lists the exact scopes requested and the data fields read. You can revoke any connection at any time.

Owners can export their organization's data from settings. To request full deletion or a formal data export, email [email protected] from a verified owner email. Verified requests are typically completed within 30 days.
